Order confirmation
Klint sends you an electronic order confirmation, which constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, address, delivery address, method of payment, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs. Once you receive the order confirmation, you should go over it and immediately contact Klint, if you believe that it contains faults or discrepancies.

Express Shipping
The usual shipping time is between 2 and 5 weekdays from the date of the order confirmation. Klint is responsible for the purchase until you have received it. The shipping costs for your purchase appear from the order and the order confirmation and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased. The shipment is delivered to your home address or a parcel pickup location you choose near you. You will receive the address of the packet pickup location and the time of pickup at the email that was used on the webshop when ordering.

Free Shipping & Shipping rates
We offer free shipping for all purchases in Denmark. Free shipping on all orders above 590 DKK (80 EUR) within EU - and above 990 DKK to North America. Please see our default shipping rates below.

Denmark

  • GLS (2-4 business days) = Free shipping for all purchases in Denmark.

European Union

  • DHL Express (2-4 business days) DKK 0.00–DKK 299.00 = DKK 49.00 (6.6 EUR)
  • DHL Express (2-4 business days) DKK 299.00 (40 EUR) and up = Free Shipping 

North America (Canada, Mexico, United States)

  • DHL Express (3-5 business days) DKK 0.00–DKK 999.00 = DKK 299.00
  • DHL Express (3-5 business days) DKK 990.00 and up = Free Shipping

 

Return and cancellation
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days. Please contact help@klintcare.com with return or cancellation enquiries. Since our products are skin care products, you will lose your return and cancellation right if you use the product as it thus is not of health or hygiene reasons suitable to be returned.

Credit card information passes through www.klintcare.com to PBS via a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Klint has no access to your payment card information.
